Eva Shih is a Managing Director in Savills New York office, dedicated to guiding life science and technology companies on their optimal real estate and workplace solutions. Specializing in tenant representation, she works within a team that aligns with her client’s goals and best interest. Her advisory philosophy is based on understanding each client’s business objectives, constraints and priorities, while guiding them throughout each stage of growth with a plan for success. It’s her goal to deliver an amazing experience through transparency, innovation, and relentless advocacy. Eva joined Savills in 2021 following the company’s partnership with T3 Advisors, the leading real estate workplace solutions advisor to life sciences and technology companies, where she served as Principal. In that role, her responsibilities included real estate strategic planning, HQ/location selection, and lease negotiations, as well as navigating various real estate solutions and products with clients beyond the traditional office class. Prior to joining T3, she served as Vice President at commercial real estate firm OLC, which was acquired by T3 in 2017. Her experience includes representing diverse start-up companies of various sizes with unique real estate needs
