James Hannah is a Managing Director at Parity, a fast growing multifamily and hospitality focused HVAC optimization as a service company.  James is responsible for the company’s sales and operations in the United States.  His career has been concentrated on accelerating the adoption of clean energy solutions within the real estate sector.  He’s worked closely with many of the largest real estate companies in the country and has advised governments, utilities, and other stakeholders on energy related policy matters.  Prior to joining Parity in 2021, James spent ten years at Bright Power.  While there he held several positions, including Chief Customer Officer, and helped to transform the company from a regional energy engineering firm to a premier national provider of energy management services.  Prior to Bright Power, James held positions in the renewable energy and financial services sectors.  James holds a BA degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
