As Vice President of Service Sales and Marketing, Michael helps identify and guide Arista’s strategic position in the marketplace. He is responsible for all marketing activities as well as leading two internal sales teams; preventive maintenance contract sales and service repair sales. Michael has 30 years of management and leadership experience and spent part of his career as leadership development consultant.Michael is proud to be a member of the Metropolitan Executive Alliance and serves as the Chairperson for the Events Committee. Michael also currently sits on the Board of Managers for the Mechanical Service Contractors of America (MSCA) and is serves on the Education Committee. He lives in Mount Arlington NJ with a wife who is his greatest inspiration and they are blessed with three incredible children, Daniel, Alexandra and Jake.
