Michael Kleinberg, president and managing partner at MKDA, an architecture firm specializing in office design and workplace strategy, benefited from the power of the NY Alliance. Fellow member Jonathan Andrew introduced Michael to his non-profit client, MJHS Health Systems, which operated multiple office locations throughout the New York metro area.
The Results
MJHS was seeking to consolidate its operations into a single 100,000-square-foot space in Manhattan. Through Jonathan’s introduction, MKDA was engaged to provide workplace strategy and programming, helping MJHS define and solidify their space requirements, and ended up with the company signing a lease at 55 Water Street.
This collaboration demonstrates how a simple introduction through the NY Alliance can lead to meaningful business outcomes and lasting client relationships, marking a true success story for all involved.
