Scott Berger, president of Arista, a leading HVAC installation and servicing company in New York, reconnected with Joey Lee of Alliance Building Services—someone Scott was first introduced to nearly 15 years ago through former NY Alliance member Jim Wohn. The relationship that Jim helped to establish between Scott and Joey has endured ever since.

Over the years, Scott and Joey have crossed paths at various events, as Joey has built strong relationships with other NY Alliance members.

When an opportunity arose with one of Joey’s clients who leads a large hotel and hospitality group, he immediately thought of Scott and Arista.

The Results

The initial engagement was to service a kitchen exhaust fan, with the strong likelihood of future HVAC service needs as the relationship develops.
