Brad Strong is a seasoned restaurant and hospitality professional with more than 25 years of experience in the industry. He spent 14 years at Chipotle, where he honed his skills and knowledge in various aspects of the business.
For the past 10 years, he has been the Regional Vice President (RVP) at Fooda in New York City, a role that highlights his leadership abilities and expertise in the food service sector.
Originally from Pennsylvania, Brad has lived in several major U.S. cities, including Orlando, Los Angeles, Washington, D.C., and has called New York City home for the last 15 years. Brad enjoys attending Penn State football games and is an avid golfer.

Jordan Ottinger is a dedicated professional and sales leader contributing to Fooda, where he supports the growth of new business and restaurant partnerships across the NYC metro area. In his role, he oversees program management for lunch services catered to Fortune 500 companies, ensuring high-quality experiences for clients while promoting diverse local and minority-owned restaurants.
With over a decade of experience living in New York City, Jordan has a deep appreciation for the city’s dynamic food scene and enjoys exploring new restaurants in his free time. A former Division 1 athlete, Jordan graduated from the University of Delaware, where he developed a strong foundation in teamwork and leadership.
Originally from Memphis, TN, he is passionate about golf and believes deeply in supporting others along their individual paths to success. Jordan’s commitment to growth, both personally and professionally, continues to shape his approach in everything he does.
