Jake Wegweiser is Executive Vice President and part-owner of Horticultural Creations, Inc., a family-owned horticultural services firm headquartered in the Financial District and now entering its third generation of leadership. For nearly 50 years, HC has designed, installed, and maintained interior and exterior plantscapes for New York’s premier commercial properties and institutions, with a client roster that includes some of the world’s leading financial firms. Jake oversees business development, client strategy, and operations, and works personally with every major account — a hands-on ownership model that has made HC a trusted partner to Class A property managers, facilities executives, and corporate workplace teams across the city. HC’s services span interior and exterior plant care, fresh floral programs, moss and living walls, holiday décor, and custom design-build installations.
