Jason Nappi

Jason Nappi is a Senior Vice President for USI/My Benefit Advisor. Jason is responsible for new business and account retention of employer sponsored group benefit programs. In this role, Jason specializes in the small to middle-market segment, providing expertise with group medical, dental, life and disability programs. He is consistently one of USI’s top PEAK producers in the country.
Jason has an extensive background in the insurance industry, with 32 years’ experience at USI. During this time, he assisted in the formation of My Benefit Advisor (MBA) which focuses on the under 200 employee marketplace. MBA is a technology-driven service organization providing the highest level of service in industry today.
He is knowledgeable in all insurance benefits, with an additional focus on the ancillary lines of coverage. Jason prides himself on his responsiveness, creativity and the long-term relationships he has with his clients.
Jason resides on Long Island, New York with his wife and children.
